The Labrador Wolf is a subspecies of the Gray Wolf. It is native to Labrador and northern Quebec. This subspecies ranges in color from grizzly grey to white. Goldman identified this subspecies in 1937. Little is known about the Labrador Wolf because of the rugged terrain which it inhabits. The Labrador Wolves are medium sized weighing between 60-70 pounds. They are very similar to Gray Wolves in type. They are endangered.
